Terms & Conditions
Standard terms and conditions governing the supply of products by PurePeps Ltd. to institutional and industrial customers.
1. Definitions
"Company" means PurePeps Ltd., registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14829371). "Customer" means the institution or entity placing an order. "Products" means the catalogue items supplied by the Company.
2. Research use only
All Products are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research and analytical reference use. They are not for human or veterinary use, are not medicinal products and must not be administered to humans or animals. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that Products are used only for permitted purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
3. Orders and eligibility
Orders are accepted only from research institutions, universities and industrial laboratories. The Company may require verified end-user declarations, evidence of institutional affiliation or additional documentation prior to acceptance of any order.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and delivery. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Delivery and title
Risk in the Products passes to the Customer on delivery. Title remains with the Company until payment has been received in full.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising from or in connection with the supply of any Product shall be limited to the price paid for that Product. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
