Commitment
We are committed to supplying research-grade compounds that meet defined specifications, are accompanied by complete documentation and are supported by traceable analytical evidence.
Framework
Our quality framework covers supplier qualification, incoming inspection, analytical characterisation, batch release, storage, dispatch, complaint handling and continual improvement, supported by version-controlled procedures.
Responsibility
Overall responsibility for quality rests with the Director of Quality. All personnel are accountable for adherence to procedures and for the accuracy and integrity of quality records.
Review
This policy is reviewed at least annually and updated to reflect changes in operations, applicable standards and customer expectations.
