Returns Policy

Conditions under which Products may be returned to PurePeps Ltd.

General principle

Due to the nature of laboratory reagents, opened Products cannot generally be returned. Returns may be accepted, at the Company's discretion, in the case of documented supply errors, shipping damage or non-conformance with the stated specification.

Notification window

Any claim must be notified in writing to enquiries@purepeps.uk within 7 calendar days of receipt of the consignment, quoting order number, product code and batch number.

Investigation

The Company will investigate each claim in line with its quality management procedures, including review of retained samples and analytical records where appropriate.

Resolution

Approved returns will be resolved by replacement of the affected Product, issue of a credit note or refund, at the Company's option.
